    Do we just port kdmenu? (Re-add the dependency of Perl-Tk if we need it)

(*) Why does it take so long to start?

(*) xsri doesn't seem to work properly on the gnome display. Hence the
    removal of the "banner" option that was supported by "lcfg-kdm".
    If anyone ever gets this to work, you can load images by putting
    the xsri command in the "commands" resource, so the "banner" stuff
    was redundant anyway.
