LCFG Release 2008072801c for "Fedora Core release 6 (Zod)"

<<Oldest <Previous Next> Latest>>

The LCFG distribution consists of several sets of software packages, and several sets of data files. There may also be an ISO CD image of the install disk. All of these can be downloaded individually by clicking on the links below.

To download everything (except the CD image), download the appropriate list of URLs for your machine architecture into an empty directory.

Then feed the file to wget: wget -i lcfg.urls Similar wget lists are provided for each of the individual component sets.

Packages that have changed since the previous release will be marked as new. To get just the new packages, download the appropriate list of URLs for your machine architecture into an empty directory.

For bootstrapping purposes the package repository has been configured to allow access with yum. You will need to create a file named /etc/yum.repos.d/lcfg.repo, containing the following lines:

[lcfg]
name=LCFG $releasever - $basearch
baseurl=http://www.lcfg.org/packages/fedora/lcfg/$releasever/$basearch/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
